Museum Director Tour

Enjoy an extra special visit to the Museum by booking a Group Tour with the Museum Director, who was a personal friend of Charles Schulz for over 18 years. You will be guided through the Museum’s permanent exhibits and the three changing galleries. As an added bonus, tour guests will be treated to a “Behind the Scenes” look at the workings of the Schulz Museum and learn about the roles of the Collections Manager, Curator, and Archivist.


Time: 45–60 minutes, plus up to 60 minutes for visitors to stroll through the Museum’s galleries independently.

Please note that we are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.

Cost: $50 per person (maximum of 10 people)

Visitor Access Restrictions


These rules will be communicated to groups before their tour commences. The Museum reserves the right to ask any member of your group to leave if our rules are not observed.

  • No food or drink is permitted in the Research Center or Collections storage areas.
  • No photography or video is permitted in the Research Center or Collections storage areas without prior permission.
  • No purses, backpacks, briefcases or other bags are allowed in the Research Center or Collections storage areas. Bags can be check at the Admissions desk.
  • Please do not touch, lean on or move an objects without prior permission

 

Group Policies


  • Reservations must be made three weeks in advance
  • Payment balance is due upon arrival.
  • A $50 fee is charged to tours giving less than one week notice of cancellation
  • All tour guests receive all day admission to Museum
  • Tour guides and bus drivers receive complimentary admission

 

Bus Loading and Parking


Turn-around is located in front of the Museum for loading/unloading of passengers. Extended parking is located along Hardies Lane.

 

Meal Services


Group leaders can make arrangements in advance with the Warm Puppy Café, located at Snoopy’s Home Ice Arena, for special box lunch menus. Call (707) 546-7147 and ask to speak to the Café, or ask about local restaurants, when making your tour reservations.

All parts of the Schulz Museum and surrounding grounds are completely wheelchair accessible.
