ABOUT THE PANELISTS:
Camilla Gray-Nelson is a best-selling author and owner of one of northern California’s most popular dog training resorts, Dairydell Canine in Petaluma. Recipient of North Bay Business Journal’s 2012 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, she credits her success to redefining power and leadership from nature’s perspective. Raised on a local ranch, Gray-Nelson combines her keen knowledge of animal behavior and women’s leadership challenges into a new paradigm where influence through instinct becomes more effective than physical dominance or strength and clearer boundaries replace confrontation. She is currently expanding her leadership message to the 2-legged world at camillagraynelson.com.
