Learn the differences between drawing and painting and experiment with a variety of media to make your own masterpieces! Practice using color and observation skills to translate what you see around you into art on your paper while also having fun taking virtual field trips and more! Materials needed at home: permanent marker, pencil (2B, 2H if available, 6B), pencil sharpener, paper or notebook, colored pencils, pens, colored markers or water-soluble pens, watercolor paints. Class meets online via Zoom, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, July 14, 15, and 16, 10:00 am –Noon (Pacific Standard Time/PST).
