Watch the newest Peanuts animated special, Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical (Apple TV+) on the big screen in the Museum Theater (watch the trailer here). Then, hear writers and executive producers Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz, and Cornelius Uliano, and director Erik Wiese share their creative process of building new stories based on the classic Peanuts comic strips and bringing them to life with new music, too! Moderated by Chris Bracco, EVP creative director at Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates, the talk will be followed by a Q&A and signing.
Theater seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The 40-minute animated special will be shown at 1:00 pm, followed immediately by the panel discussion.
ABOUT CRAIG SCHULZ
Craig Schulz is a producer, screenwriter, motorcross racer, pilot, and instructor. He has often worked on adaptations of the Peanuts comic strip, created by his father, Charles M. Schulz. He was the producer and writer of The Peanuts Movie (2015), The Snoopy Show (2021), and several Snoopy Presents animated specials, including A Summer Musical.
ABOUT BRYAN SCHULZ
Bryan Schulz is a writer and producer for Peanuts projects, including The Peanuts Movie, Snoopy Presents: Welcome Home, Franklin, and Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-kind Marcie. He is the grandson of Charles M. Schulz.
ABOUT CORNELIUS ULIANO
Cornelius Uliano is an Emmy®-nominated filmmaker who co-wrote and produced The Peanuts Movie. He is the executive producer and co-writer of seven new Peanuts specials for Apple TV+, including Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-kind Marcie, Snoopy Presents: Lucy’s School, and Welcome Home, Franklin. He has written screenplays for Warner Bros. Pictures, Sony Pictures Animation, and DreamWorks.
ABOUT ERIK WEISE
Erik Wiese is an Emmy®-nominated writer, director, and storyboard artist who works in both feature and television animation. He previously worked as a storyboard artist and writer for SpongeBob. His other TV work includes co-creating, directing, and executive producing two seasons of The Mighty B! (Nickelodeon) and Sonic Prime (Netflix).
ABOUT CHRIS BRACCO
Chris Bracco worked on the licensing side of the Peanuts business for 22 years as a graphic designer and creative director before joining Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates team as their EVP creative director in 2022. Bracco graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Studio Art and fuels his creative interests outside of work with various art and music projects.
