Join us for a special panel discussion celebrating the centennial of Charles M. Schulz and the release of the Schulz Museum’s new book, Charles M. Schulz: The Art and Life of the Peanuts Creator in 100 Objects.
Cartoonists Robb Armstrong (JumpStart), Cathy Guisewite (Cathy), Patrick McDonnell (MUTTS), and Stephan Pastis (Pearls Before Swine) will join Benjamin L. Clark, Schulz Museum curator and book co-author, in conversation to explore the many ways Schulz and Peanuts influenced cartooning and modern culture. The participating cartoonists have all contributed to the new book and are featured in the current exhibition, The Spark of Schulz: A Centennial Celebration. An exclusive copy of the book, signed by Jean Schulz, is included with each ticket.
Note: NBC’s Al Roker was originally scheduled to lead the discussion. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he is no longer able to join this event.
