The Museum will serve an entire grade level at one time by filling your multi-purpose room with hands-on activities and explorations of art processes, materials, techniques, and projects based on the 2nd grade Common Core Art Standards. About the Festival
Each Peanuts Naturally Festival is a partnership between the Schulz Museum and host school or site. The Schulz Museum provides a staff member and all of the exhibits and materials for your students to explore hands-on art and science at your location. You provide appropriate space, tables, and 10 – 15 volunteers to facilitate each exhibit. The Museum and school will work together to determine an appropriate schedule for each day based on your needs.
SCHEDULE: The Festival serves up to 150 people at a time through a series of one or more sessions (approx. 45 – 90 minutes each, according to your school’s schedule), and can stay at your school for a few hours or a few days. When reserving your Festival, keep in mind that the Museum will need access to your site 90-minutes before the start of your Festival to set up and one-hour after the Festival for break down. Reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance.
