Meet, watch, and talk to Amber Rankin, a 2D animator and illustrator. Rankin currently animates and designs in tech, where she works on ads for mobile games and other aps in Adobe After Effects. Rankin was a cel and 2D character animator on several short films, including Let’s Eat (Anamon Studios) and Amped.
ABOUT AMBER RANKIN
Amber is a 2D animator, illustrator and muralist currently living and working in Sacramento, CA. By day she works as a 2D designer in tech but her true passion lies in storytelling and creating fun, whimsical and sometimes just plain silly scenes and characters! In addition to animation and running my online shop of original illustrations, she has also completed several public art mural projects throughout California, including utility boxes in Windsor, Sacramento and Natomas as well as two large scale murals in Sacramento.
