Just across the street from the Museum is Snoopy’s Home Ice, which was designed and built by Schulz and his first wife, Joyce. Visitors can ice skate or enjoy a hot chocolate by the fireplace in the Warm Puppy Café, which looks out onto the ice and was favorite of Schulz for breakfast and lunch. His table remains reserved. The Café features homemade soups and fresh salads and sandwiches.
Just beyond the Ice Arena, is Snoopy’s Gallery and Gift Shop, a shopping mecca for Peanuts fans, with some must-see Peanuts features, including a stained glass rose window and carpeted wall murals featuring Snoopy and Woodstock.

Museum Theater
Discover new depths of Charles M. Schulz’s life and art in our 100-seat theater. With a current schedule of Peanuts animated specials, biographical films and interviews featuring Schulz and other cartoonists, visitors are invited to have a cinematic experience learning about Schulz, watching beloved Peanuts animated specials and creating new memories with friends and family. Education Room
We believe in the power of creativity. Become a cartoonist yourself. Draw, animate, learn, discover! Our hands-on Education Room is a place for visitors of all ages to practice cartooning, color Peanuts characters, fold Snoopy’s doghouse out of origami, create your own hand-drawn animation for our giant zoetropes, learn more about our exhibitions, and enjoy other activities as scheduled. The Education Room is free with price of Museum Admission. It is open during regular Museum operating hours (except special events or rentals).
Permanent Exhibitions
In addition to three changing gallery spaces, the Museum has a number of permanent exhibitions, from the Colorado Nursery Wall that Schulz painted for his daughter Meredith, to the outdoor Snoopy Labyrinth that visitors can meander through as they contemplate their relationship with nature. Museum Volunteers Available to Answer Questions
The Museum’s volunteers are stationed throughout the Museum daily and year-round. Volunteers are more than happy to answer visitor questions, discuss Schulz’s life and art, and some volunteers can even share personal stories about Schulz.

Snoopy & Charlie Brown Sculpture

From Highway 101 (northbound), take the Downtown exit, stay in the left lane and at the first signal make a left turn onto West Third Street. Stay in the right lane and follow this to the second light, making a right onto Wilson Street. At the first stop sign make a left onto Fourth Street and you will see the sculpture located on the northwest corner of Wilson and Fourth in Depot Park in Railroad Square. You will find parking and the California Welcome Center (Visit Santa Rosa).
From Highway 101 (southbound), take the Downtown exit onto Davis Street and stay in the right lane. Follow this for three blocks to Fourth Street. At the stop sign turn right and follow for one block to Wilson Street and cross the intersection. You will see the sculpture on the northwest corner of Wilson & Fourth in Depot Park, and there you will find parking and the California Welcome Center (Visit Santa Rosa).
