Join Bay Area cartoonists to celebrate their work and the release of the new graphic novel Buzzing, a moving middle-grade graphic novel about friendship, belonging, and learning to love yourself despite the voices in your head. Buzzing authors Rye Hickman and Samuel Sattin will be joined by Amber Padilla, Thien Pham, and Mary Shyne to read from their work, followed by a discussion about Buzzing and a book signing. The readings and conversation will be moderated by Maia Kobabe.
