Field Trip Reservation Form

All reservations are first come, first served. Please complete and submit the form below or call (707) 284-1263 to make reservations over the phone. We will reserve your first available preferred date and email you a confirmation within 48-72 hours. Once your field trip is confirmed, we look forward to seeing your group at the Museum! Reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance.
