Join yoga instructor Elizabeth Smith for playful yoga and gentle stretching, preceded by a walking meditation through the Museum’s outdoor Snoopy Labyrinth. Then, enjoy a glass of wine from Iron Horse Vineyards (2019 Audrey Chardonnay or 2018 Gold Ridge Pinot Noir).
Yoga and meditation for ages 16 and up. Must be 21 and up with a valid photo ID for wine. A non-alcoholic beverage option will be available.
About Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth Smith is certified in six different styles of yoga and specializes in finding creative and playful ways to make it more accessible and less intimidating. She is the community manager of Sonoma County PACEs Connection. She is also the founder of Project Whole Child and the president of Soroptimist International of West Sonoma County.

The 2019 Audrey Chardonnay is named for co-founder Audrey Sterling. It epitomizes the grace and elegance of its namesake.
The 2018 Gold Ridge Pinot Noir is the most highly rated of the Iron Horse reds. Gold Ridge is the name of the special soil type that gives this wine its great depth of character.
